Our property investment mission
Pindan Capital's mission is to give astute private and institutional investment partners access to unique property investment opportunities across Australia, specialising in residential and commercial developments and the purchase and management of income generating core assets, such as office buildings, retail and industrial sites.

We have a number of projects under development in Australia - a portfolio with sales values in excess of A$450 million, including the prestigious Viridian China Green Subiaco and Freshwater Claremont developments near Perth's city centre.

In addition, we have a portfolio of investment property assets and a number of development acquisitions in the pipeline that will further expand our fund and development portfolio.

Credentials and performance you can trust
Our business operates under a retail Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL), which requires:

  • Independence. A strong property and corporate based board (at least 50% indepdendent).
  • Transparency. Yearly independent audits and strict processes for conflicts of interest.
  • Strong cash position. We are obliged to retain a minimum of A$500,000 of cash.
  • Performance. A proven track record managing funds and delivery of property projects.
